Special Events
Special Events are
those that don’t fit very well into one of the other
categories.

NARCON “Mixer”: Held between the time the doors open
on Friday evening and the start of the Opening Ceremonies, this
is a chance for you to mingle with the other attendees, greet
old friends and make new ones, find the meeting rooms, and visit
the vendors.

Opening Ceremonies: A general welcome and orientation
session where your NARCON Director will provide notes regarding
any changes or updates as well as address the attendees.
Held Friday evening right after the dinner break.

Vendors Forum: An opportunity for the Vendors
attending to NARCON to say hello, tell you about their products,
and answer your questions. Held Friday evening after the
Opening Ceremonies.

Town Hall Meeting: NAR President Mark Bundick will
conduct an open meeting for all attending NAR members.
Held Sunday morning before the lunch break.

Prizes:
Throughout the weekend, we will be giving away free prizes,
donated by rocketry companies across the country. Our list of
supporting vendors is here.
Each registered attendee will receive several entry tickets in
their registration packets. Be sure to fill them out and deposit them in the marked container
at the registration desk! Prize winners from Friday and
Saturday's drawings need not be present to win. However,
they must claim their prize by the time of the Town Hall meeting
on Sunday. At that time, all unclaimed prizes will be
forfeited and new winner's names will be drawn. If you
miss a drawing, be sure to stop by the registration desk to see
if you won something!
